Nekoforia Residential Complex, Jerusalem

The design is comprised of 50 luxury residential units with shops and eateries about an open courtyard including fountains that meld with the public gardens that border the project.  The 5.1 Dunam site is located just below the King David Hotel, giving each unit an unobstructed view of Jerusalem's old city.

The total built area of 18,300 square meters, includes 105 covered parking spaces and other support facilities.
