Kiryat Ata West Detailed Master Plan

The detailed master plan covers the eastern portion of the general master plan that extends the city of Kiryat Ata to the west.  This plan provides detailed design directives for some 2,800 housing units, commercial and recreational areas as well as public building.
A major public park running the full eastern flank of the project will tie it together with the existing city of Kiryat Ata.
An emphasis was placed on providing car free pedestrian ways in much of the project.
Detailed analyses were conducted regarding the size and orientations of the structures within their micro-climate.
