Beit Almog Shiloni, Modiin

This 6,000 square meter complex, will perpetuate the work of Almog Shiloni in providing a warm home for some 108 'lone soldiers'.   

The complex will also provide facilities for the larger community and create a distinctive presence in the urban landscape of the city of Modiin, further honoring the memory and values of Almog in an active and vital social center.

The project includes a residential wing, full dining facility, sports and recreation areas,  study and lecture halls, as well as informal meeting areas and courtyards arranged in a careful  hierarchy from the very public to the very private.

The sustainable design focuses the distinctive views from the southern oriented sloping site above a major intersection in Modiin.
